Sarah’s practice, rooted in trauma-informed care, is dedicated to supporting her patients through all stages of life. Community healing is a foundational element for Sarah: she believes mothers are the center of this collective web. When our mothers are well and supported, our Earth and relationships can thrive. Sarah specializes in fertility, pregnancy support, and somatic and energetic trauma healing. She is proud to support families with perinatal and postpartum home wellness visits, as well as offer doula care throughout the gestational and fourth trimester experience.
Sarah’s innate curiosity and passion for helping others are some of the many gifts she truly loves sharing with the world. A great source of her inspiration evolved during her first visit to China in 2001. She ventured across the ocean with a strong desire to volunteer her time and help those in need. During her stay, Sarah was illuminated by the way preventative healthcare is incorporated into the community’s daily life. Immediately, Sarah recognized a part of her mission: to offer this model of support in the place she calls home.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sarah achieved her master’s degree in Acupuncture and East-Asian Medicine in 2014 and promptly returned to China where she worked at two separate hospitals, honing her specialty areas of Gynecology, Pediatrics, Traumatology, Gastroenterology, and Integrative Medicine.
